This resort offers 3,081 skiable acres with 3,060 feet of vertical rise with the summit at 12,060 feet. They average over 344 inches of snow annually. Winter Park features “Seven Territories”: Winter Park, Mary Jane, Parsenn Bowl, Vasquez Ridge, The Cirque, Eagle Wind, and the Terrain Parks which provide a wide variety of terrain for all levels of skier. Options for the non-skier include the Coca Cola Tubing Hill, cross country and snowshoeing trails within the Arapaho National Forest surrounding Winter Park and the Amtrak Winter Park Express train to downtown Denver. We will stay at the Vintage Hotel which is a 3-minute Cabriolet ride to the base of the mountain where you will find shops, restaurants, and the gondola. We will be staying in queen studio rooms which include two queen beds and a kitchenette. The hotel features complimentary Wi-Fi, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. There is free transit service between Winter Park Resort and the downtown which has shopping, restaurants, breweries, and distilleries.
