Big Sky Resort has always been a club favorite and there is no better place to stay than the Huntley Lodge, where SSC is booked next February. Along with convenient slope-side access and the great breakfast buffet, you also get some of the best skiing in North America! Located in the Northern Rockies of southwest Montana, this is a world-class mountain where the skiing, just like the snow, is big. On average, 400 inches or more of powder falls annually on 5,850 ski-able acres, that's about two acres per person even on the busiest day. Over 2,300 of those acres are dedicated to beginner and intermediate terrain, which ski instructors call the best for learning to ski. There are also plenty of glades and expert terrain. They boast 4,350 vertical feet of skiing – the most in the state of Montana – and some of the most technologically advanced chairlift networks. No matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned vet, Big Sky Resort will leave you grinning from a uniquely Montana experience. While admiring the spectacular view at breakfast, you will often see Ski Patrol members and their dogs jumping on the lift chairs to check the morning snow conditions. The mobile app will keep you updated on snow conditions, lift status, activities and services. After a great day on the slopes, guests enjoy easy access to ski storage, pool, hot tubs and fitness center. Then it's a quick walk to the Mountain Village to dine, shop, rent gear, access winter activities, and enjoy après ski with friends. The region also offers snowshoe tours, mountain restaurants, a world-class snow sports school and specialty clinics, and as repeat guests all know, Yellowstone National Park makes a wonderful destination on your day off.

Pricing for the trip will be coming soon. The package price includes ground and air transportation from Harrisburg to Big Sky, with seats currently booked on United from BWI to Bozeman. Enjoy 7 nights at the famous Huntley Lodge, with 6 daily breakfast buffets and a box to go on the morning of departure, along with your 5-day lift ticket. Online sign ups and payments through We Travel for the Big Sky Trip
We will be doing something different with the Big Sky trip. Due to requests from our membership to have online payments (by credit card or ACH), we are trying something new. We will be working with We Travel to process your online payments. You will be able to sign up for the trip, complete an application, review the cancellation policies and make payments through a link on our website. You will receive reminders of upcoming payments that are due. These emails will have the SSC logo on them. If you make a payment with a credit card, a service fee will be added on. By clicking on the link, you will be able to pick your package (double, single, land-only double and land-only single, etc.), you will also be able to add discount codes for no lift ticket.
