After a year off due to you know what, the Spring Banquet/Bannic 2.1 is finally here. The Bannic 2.1 will be held at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg, 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill. Pull your fancy clothes out of the closet and plan to join your SSC friends for an evening of fun, food and dancing.
The evening starts at 5 PM with a social hour with a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a sit-down dinner of your choice of Braised Beef Tips or Lemon Rosemary Chicken, house salad, Chef’s choice of Starch and Vegetable, and cheesecake. Price is $50 per person. After dinner, share in recognizing this year's and last year's Board and Staff members and in welcoming our newly elected SSC Board members. SSC's awards ceremony will also follow if anyone is being honored with a Silver Ski, Gold Ski, or Lifetime Achievement Award for either 2020 or 2021. Then, get ready to hit the dance floor for an encore performance by the highly requested Pepper Street Band.
Mail your check (payable to SSC) along with your choice of meal to Banquet Chair Becky Havice, at 108 Ridgeview Drive, Lewistown, PA 17044. If you have specific dietary needs, please let Becky know. Trip Sales at Banquet: Because we combined the banquet and the picnic this year, you will be able to make your reservations for 2022 trips at the banquet. Non-members may come to the banquet, but your memberships must be current on the date of the banquet to be eligible for trip sign-ups (you can join or renew at the registration table). Meet the trip leaders, ask questions and discover other individuals joining in the excursions.
