SSC's membership meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 7, at Boomerang Bar & Grill, 110 Limekiln Rd., New Cumberland. Join in the fun!
Social hour and the pre-trip meeting for Vail begins at 6 PM. The previous announcement of a pre-trip meeting for the Quebec City trip was in error. There will be no pre-trip meeting for Quebec City trip participants.
A brief business meeting will commence at 7 PM, including nominations for the 2020-2021 Board of Directors. Nominations will also be taken from the floor. Individuals nominated in this way must be present at the meeting and accept the nomination to be added to the slate for the February 4, 2020 election. Board positions consist of President, Trip Vice President, Social Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chairperson, and two Directors.
Board positions become vacant due to fulfillment of term limits of these positions, or people stepping down to meet other obligations. The Board of Directors manages the day-to-day operations of this Club, bringing us the programs, activities and trips that we enjoy year after year.
